I backed an A5 lilac card with cup174177_168 (Art Deco Card Front in Purple), then I cut the panel from this lovely design to fit and built the deep, yet delicate decoupage with 1mm foam pads.
I finished with a small gold peel-off Happy Birthday, curving it slightly in keeping with the soft design.
