Happy Birthday
I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper. The details are full and beautiful, ideal for anyones birthday and you make it by cutting out the main image and using the decoupage pieces for building the design up.
It will look fab on a 8x8inch card.

I printed the image on to glossy photo paper, and then cut out all elements. I decoupaged with foam pads and mounted the image onto a white card. The white against the purple is very effective.
