I printed the design on good quality photo matte paper and attached the base to a co-ordinated card stock then on to a white card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue added the sentiment and some small pink gems to finish. Lovely design, love the rose!

I mounted onto an A5 portrait style card with a punched rose design bottom corner and decoupaged with sticky pads.
I tied some pink tassels down the spine to finish off
