Lovely Blue Poppies With White Daisies
This kit includes the main card topper, image layer, flower decoupage layers and a label that says Happy Birthday.
(I created the background paper using some of the flowers from the image and repeating them across the page. So all the colors match perfectly) If you would like this kit with a different saying, please send me a private message so I can make up a kit for you with the saying of your choice.)

I printed off my design onto white card. My base card is white with a shell border. I mounted the main design onto an aqua glitter card and added a strip along the side of the beneath the scalloped border.
I cut out th3 3D elements and glued these to the card using silicone pads before adding some glitter and some pearls over the top of 5he pictured pearls.
