Happy Birthday
This kit includes the main card topper, image layer, decoupage layers and two labels. One label is blank and the other label says Happy Birthday.
Artwork from The Hungry Jpeg, I created the background using one of the peonies in the image and repeating it all across the page so the colors match perfectly.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems and a sentiment. A gorgeous design.
