I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a pale yellow pearl card and edged with peel-off borders and corners.
Layered all elements. Added pearls to the border strip, a burgundy satin bow, a little touch of glitter and a greeting. Simply beautiful.

I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto purple card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added pink organza & cream satin bows then finished with pearls.
