A beautiful topper with a vintage feel, framed with pink roses around a deep red dahlia. I have included lots od decoupage layers to make the flowers nice & deep. Suitable for many occasions for example female birthday, anniversary or sympathy.

I printed onto matte photo paper, then cut out all the elements.I chalked the edges of a square blank card in pink then tore some co-ordinating paper and matted added to the card I then added the base design and added the decoupage with foam pads,to finish I added white silk cord tied in a bow, really pleased with the results.
