Blue Rose Best Wishes 6in Bracket Decoupage TopperCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I made a blue easel card and covered the base with a handmade paper with stars on. I added the main image onto a beautiful patterened blue mirror card and attached all the decoupage using foam pads.

I then attached it to the easel card. To finish I made two card/mirror card 'ribbons' and used one of the flowers as the 'stop'. To finish I added three small blue pearls to the base of the easel. This is a lovely card which can truly be used for many occasions. This sheet will not sit idle!!
