I decoupaged this beautiful topper using sticky pads following the step by step and mounted onto a shaped easel card.

I matted the easel with co-ordinating rose design backing paper using a light shade on the main part and a darker shade on the base.

I cut a tag from the dark shade and mounted so that it was peeping from the shoe. I threaded pink ribbon and pearls through the tag and added a foiled sentiment to act as the stopper
