I attached the main picture to a 7 x 5" card blank and added a silver border. I then added the decoupage elements with foam pads. I added the dog tag with silver beading attached.

I printed images on white matte cardstock, cut out images, layered onto brown cardstock then card base. I added elements with pop up tabs, brass star brads, an a chain.
