Pale blue card was used for the base.I matted a piece of backing paper onto silver holographic card,and matted this onto the card base.The base layer of decoupage I matted onto silver holographic card with foam tape,and stuck towards the bottom of the base card with foam tape.

The other layers of decoupage were layered with foam pads.To finish I matted a piece of blue card onto silver holographic card and stuck at the top of the card,and added Happy Birthday peel offs.
