Pale blue card was used for the base.I matted a piece of backing paper onto silver holographic card, and matted this onto the card base. The base layer of decoupage I matted onto silver holographic card with foam tape, and stuck towards the bottom of the base card with foam tape.
The other layers of decoupage were layered with foam pads.To finish I matted a piece of blue card onto silver holographic card and stuck at the top of the card, and added Happy Birthday peel offs.
