I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I cut away the centre panel & matted it onto gold mirror card, added some Lace & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle. I embellished with 2 die cut Ivy swirls.
I printed the sheet on lightweight card and cut out. I cut slits in the topper and thread ribbon through, then attached the topper to an A5 pearlescent card. The decoupage was added with foam pads.
