Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto black card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Added a greeting and a touch of glitter.
I printed the sheet on lightweight card and cut out. I made slits in the topper and threaded through a ribbon, then attached the topper to an A5 pearlescent card using DST.
The decoupage was added with foam pads and I finished off with pearls and gems.
