The Height of Fashion Scallop Edge Card FrontCompleted by Christine Sutton

Printed onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto a white card base. I cut around the scallops and built all layers up using foam pads. I added a red gem to the ribbon, and tiny black gems to the belt and hat.

I finished with one of the sentiments provided. A lovely design and not at all difficult to make. Looks wonderful when complete.
