Happy Birthday,
With Love,
This is an A5 sized card front with a lovely scallop edge, featuring a beautiful cameo of a lady dressed in the height of fashion, (vintage that is).
Decoupage layers are included plus two greetings banners for you to choose from.

Printed onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto a white card base. I cut around the scallops and built all layers up using foam pads. I added a red gem to the ribbon, and tiny black gems to the belt and hat.
I finished with one of the sentiments provided. A lovely design and not at all difficult to make. Looks wonderful when complete.
