For this great design I used both sheets of Celeste. First I pasted the backing sheet onto light grey card. I matted the base image onto rainbow mirri card and cut with a narrow border, then secured this with double sided tape to the middle of the card.

I build up the various decoupage elements using silicon glue and added a tiny gold gem to the centre of the flower.

To complete I cut a strip of rainbow mirri card and attached one of the greetings. This was then added to the top left of the card.
