Fashionista Celeste
Classy lady in black set against an art deco background. Love lady, with her touch of red at the waist. Great for any occasion. To see the remaining decoupage layers, a coordinating A5 backing and several awesome tags, please click on the connected sheets button above.

For this great design I used both sheets of Celeste. First I pasted the backing sheet onto light grey card. I matted the base image onto rainbow mirri card and cut with a narrow border, then secured this with double sided tape to the middle of the card.
I build up the various decoupage elements using silicon glue and added a tiny gold gem to the centre of the flower.
To complete I cut a strip of rainbow mirri card and attached one of the greetings. This was then added to the top left of the card.
