This pretty design was quick and easy to make into a birthday card. Printed onto photographic paper I attached a gold bow and ribbon across the left corner of the picture and glued the ends onto the back of the picture.

Then I glued the main picture onto a pale gold pearlescent card. Added the decoupaged purple rose using silicone gel and added a purple gem into the centre of the rose, and simply added the Happy Birthday sentiment.
