This is a lovely romantic 7.5ins square decoupage Topper that looks gorgeous when made up.
I have included all the decoupage elements you will need to make up your topper card front.

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I chose the To The One I Love sentiment and placed this on the top of the card to finish.
There is a matching insert to this card (cup661686_719 which I placed inside.
