To make this design I used Sandra Carlse Designs "Romance Love you Everyday Decoupage Topper 3" set. I decided to use baby blue card stock for base. It tied up nicely with blue details on the card and made pink color pop.
To bring additional shade of blue and give a bit of dimension to card I used some blue ink on the edges.
