I printed this sheet onto 180gsm card at half size and cut out all the pieces. I layered the main image onto a black and silver patterned holographic mat and attached this centrally onto a blue and white striped base card.
I then added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads. A beautifully delicate card which is easy to make and can be used for many different occasions.
