I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone gel, I added some red gems to the earrings and down the side of the card.
I used glossy accents on the flowers.
I finished the card by adding two red roses to two of the corners. Beautiful design, the decoupage is great adding lots of depth. Love it!
