I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone gel, I added some red gems to the earrings and down the side of the card.
I used glossy accents on the flowers.
I finished the card by adding two red roses to two of the corners. Beautiful design, the decoupage is great adding lots of depth. Love it!
I printed this image on-to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. I used 2 mats behind the main image and and trimmed to create a fine border and mounted on-to a white card base.
I shaped and decoupaged all the elements using 3D glue and finished with gems and glitter touches.
