Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a pink backing then onto a green card I then added a green polka dot bow with pearl button to complete this gorgeaus design.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
