Gifts for You!Completed by Christine Dixon
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Friend
I layered a baby blue card with a pink cutout border then mounted my design and added the decoupage on 2mm foam pads, curling the flower petals upwards.
I finished with a Happy Birthday sentiment tag, a blue ribbon down the left hand side and gold dew drops in the flower centres and either side of the sentiment.
