Stella and Her New Year's Resolution

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image to a base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I love this card - I feel like I can go out and enjoy myself without any qualms.
A quick and easy card to make and one that is sure to raise a smile.
