Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white card base with the borders punched out and light blue showing through. Attached other pieces using foam pads.

Printed onto glossy photo card then matt & layered onto silver & aubergine deckle mats then onto a white card blank using DST.
I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I finished with a silver organza & lilac satin bow.
