I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto blue card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I finished with a blue & black organza bow & black gem.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage and added the greeting and the panel using thin foam tape.
I added some pearls to the design also to complete this lovely card.
