I printed the sheet onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper and mounted the topper on to a scalloped card blank.I built up the decoupage elements using glue gel and finished with a little red bow with a bell attached and some red and green gems.A lovely cute design and the decoupage gives loads of dimension!
