Stella and the Lottery
a decoupage sheet featuring Stella who is sending birthday wishes to her friend her comment being.... If I won the lottery on your birthday I'd share my winnings with you... Just like I'd keep my old job, keep my old car and stay as sweet as I am!
Oh that's a nice thought Stella hmm well at least I think it is. Happy birthday tag provided for the placement of your choice.

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a peach coloured C5 card, then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card, i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design with Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
