Christmas Blue Snuggle Bear Topper and DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the fur around the hat and to the centre of the large flower. A lovely card for Christmas.
