Christmas Blue Snuggle Bear Topper and Decoupage
Well, you loved him in red, so here he is in blue! LOL A coordinating money wallet is available.
Christmas topper with 3d step by step decoupage. Because of the fur edge, I've included a small border around the 2 layers of decoupage, to enable easy cutting. This can be cut away if you prefer no border.
Features cute bear in Winter attire.
Several sentiment tags, including one blank for your own greeting.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the fur around the hat and to the centre of the large flower. A lovely card for Christmas.
This very cute sheet was printed off on to photo paper. The main topper was attached to a white card. The sentiment and shaped decoupage were then added using pinflair glue.
