Snowman Cheers
a decoupage sheet for christmas has a jolly snowman and his friend the penguin with their wine glasses in hand this on has a blue theme, tags provided are Christmas cheers and a blank tag for the greeting of your choice.

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted hats and snowflakes with crystal stickles, clear gem to bows and finished with crystal snowflake to top corner.
A beautiful design.
I printed the design onto heavy weight card paper, printed the matching background onto the backside and cut out all the elements...I scored and folded the card following the instructions and used strong DST to join the card together.I added the decoupage using thin glue pads.
