Valentine Lets Get Cooking

I printed the design and Insert on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I Scored and Folded the Insert into a card.
I made a matching red mat and glued that onto the Insert and then I added the main design on to the mat using Double sided tape.
I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads. A Quick and easy Brilliant, Perfect, Fun loving and Great design that turned into a Gorgeous card that it a must for Valentines!!!!

I printed off onto 240 gram card and after mounting on a card i threaded red ribbon down border.I decoupaged using sticky pads.
I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out the pieces. I coated the top heart layer with red Liquid Pearls and, when that was dry, built up the layers on foam squares.
I then flat stuck my completed design to my base card.
