Printed onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image onto my card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. Lovely design.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added some blue rhinestones,a tag included and some liquid white pearls to upper snowflake middles. Finally some diamond stickles to the trim and snow....super cute card
