I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with blue organza bow to spine.

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a blue backing and attached the main image centrally. I then added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.
To finish I added stardust stickles to all the 'bubbles'. A delightful card which will be well received.
