Blue Winter Church Card Topper & Decoupage
This is a blue and white Christmas scene
card topper with decoupage layers.
This card top when finished would look excellent with a very little super fine glitter on the snow.
The sentiment tags say,

Merry Christmas,
Happy Holidays
