A Welcoming Sight
A lovely festive christmas card design. a large open fireplace decorated with a garland of baubles, poinsettia and large red bows, 2 hanging stockings, lots of gift wrapped presents and christmas cards on the mantle piece. this is a lovely card once completed.

This was fun to create and really quick.
Printed design on to HQG photo paper.Once all pieces were cut out I built up the decoupage using dss foam pads to adhere.Before placing on the backing card I added some Art glitter to the wreath,stockings and Fire to add a lovely delicate twinkle .I placed some Xmas vellum onto the background then laid the decoupaged design on top using dss tape.
I love this design so much that I am going make many more cards with different finishes. A super design that opens your mind to so many different effects.
