I mounted onto an A5 white scalloped edge card and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added my sentiment to the bottom and finished off with a gold elasticated bow to the spine

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white mat and than onto a pale blue card, I assembled the elements with foam pads.
I added the sentiment and some crystal glitter to the elements. Great design.
