Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a red card added all the sentiments and holly with gold string merry christmas and a safe new year to all the soldiers around the world.
I cut out as many decoupage elements as I could and layered them on the topper with foam tape. I cut two sentiment tags out and positioned them over the topper, using black bling stickons to mimic a chain holding them together.
I layered the topper onto a mat on top of a card base I made using double sided tape. I accented the topper with gold stickers and glitter glue.
