Copied to matt premium photo paper and cut out the elements. I used sticky pads to layer up the decoupage. I have added a small amount of gold glitter to her ribbons.
This is a typical vintage card and as always with the Victorians ,very elegant with the ornate border and rosy cheeks on the child.
An appealing card to send to some lucky person.
