Printed onto Quality photo paper. I cut out all the elements. I used Double Sided Tape to attach the front to a Crafty Bob Scalloped card. Using foam pads I layered the decoupage elements. I put some small sparkly bling in centre of flowers.
I finished of by tying a gold ribbon through card and finished with a Bow. A nice card to make and easy.
