A Special Christmas Baby Wish CardCompleted by Margaret Scott

Printed onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image onto A5 card with tape and added peel-offs to the edges. I used foam pads to add the layers and added snow dust to the hat. Also used two red bows.
