I placed a strip of backing paper along the front of an 8 inch square card adding peel off lines to the edges.

I mounted the topper onto green backer and cut with deckle scissors.

I then mounted the topper onto the base card, sprayed the extra layer of letters with glitter and added to the topper.

I added peel off stockings and a sentiment.
