I first gutted the main topper by removing the oval text panel and mounted this and the main topper on to red holographic mirri, these were then attached to a white DL card giving height to the text panel with pinflair glue.
The dragon decoupage was then shaped and added using pinflair glue. Then corner and parcel embellishments were added. I used a glitter gel pen, glossy accents and glitter to highlight certain areas on this cute card.
