Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Cut a piece of dark blue card a little bigger than the base picture and attached the base picture to the card with d/s tape.
I then attached this to the main card with d/s tape.
I attached all the other pieces with foam pads adding silver peeloff snowflakes to finish.
