Penguins Party Panel Card with Toppers

I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I edge the card front and the die-cut shapes with a gold Sharpie marker. I punched out a white, snowflake, border and adhered it to the bottom of the card front.

The decoupage was done with foam pads and the card was assembled with double sided tape. The card front was then adhered to a blank, blue, card and some of the snowflakes that were punched out when I made the border were scattered around the penguins.

These little characters are having a wonderful time. They will surely bring a smile to the recipient's eyes.

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image to a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added a sentiment and a small red glitter tree to the corner.

A very cut card which is easy to make.
