I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added snowflakes and glitter and finished with a sentiment. What a cutie..... who could resist!

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
