This sheet makes a smashing little birthday card for any boy or tomboy. I took a plain white card and added a piece of ecru coloured glitter card before adding the topper, which was printed onto photo paper, and built up using silicone glue.

To finish the card I added three sentiments, some balloons and the number 5.
